Real-Time Project Management and Customer Success

Comments: This is truly an amazing tool for real-time project management and customer success. We had 0 issues with implementing it; the interface makes complex functionality feel simple to any user; it offers highly customizable workflows; full automation; among many other killer features. We really love Rocketlane, and we're sure the performance and reporting capabilities will catch up with all the wonderfulness soon.

Pros:

Rocketlane's ease of use, real-time data and reporting capabilities, task progress tracking, collaboration tools, and customer support features greatly improve productivity, efficiency, and project outcomes.

Cons:

The application feels laggy sometimes, and there is room for reporting capability improvements.

Fastest growing PSA tool in the entire market, with great features.

Comments: Nothing short of "breathtaking". It is one of the fastest growing PSA tools in the market and the speed of execution has been immense.

Pros:

The speed of execution at which the product team is shipping new features, every month has been a key takeaway for me on the Rocketlane tool as well as the team at Rocketlane. The team is truly focused on making the customers succeed and gave individual attention to the asks that we had in terms of features.

Cons:

Nothing specific except the lack of customer success features. Rocketlane should now focus on building its customer success module wherein, it can become a one-stop shop for all customer success and PSA organizations.

Alternatives Considered: Professional Services Cloud, ChurnZero and Replicon

Reasons for Choosing Rocketlane: We wanted to bring down the number of tools in our tool stacks. In addition, while switching to Rocketlane, we saved a small bit on the costs, as well.

Switched From: ClientSuccess and monday.com

Reasons for Switching to Rocketlane: We found Rocketlane capable of having both functionalities of customer success, project management, and PSA within one umbrella.

Comments: So far it’s been a mixed experience. The ability to track time has been of great use till now. We still need to use the room to the full potential

Comments: Very good. I needn't track bunch of folders, spreadsheets and Emails to manage my clients. The team internally collaborates well too. One screen, all solutions.

Pros:

Ease to work with different stakeholders, all at one place. Task management and follow ups are transparent.

Cons:

I do not have any issues with Rocketlane so far. It addresses all my day-to-day requirements pretty well

An excellent Implementation System

Comments: It has been a great learning experience and I am currently working on learning even more!

Pros:

Rocketlane allows us to personalize our project environments while tracking our employee's involvement on a granular level. I can also see our team's utilization and make better resourcing decisions based on their availability.

Cons:

I wish there were not so many bugs recently, but I will say the customer service is EXCELLENT and any issues I report are always fixed very quickly and with a smile.

What a great tool!

Comments: Over all our experience has been wonderful. The team is amazing, responsive, and they listen to feedback. The tool is solving so many of our problems, and is making our process better for both internal and external customers.

Pros:

First and foremost, the support, success, engineering, and sales teams are amazing! The team is highly responsive, great problem solvers, and warm and welcoming. The tool itself meets our needs and has greatly reduced our time to value and increased our ROI. We love that we can create sub tasks and sub sub tasks, and dependencies. Finally, the customer view is so helpful!

Cons:

Our only concern is that our Salesforce integration needs a bit of work. The concern is not an issue with Rocketlane, it is just the pains of connecting two tools. The Rocketlane team his highly focused on resolving the issue and has been fantastic!

Alternatives Considered: Jira, monday.com and ClickUp

Reasons for Choosing Rocketlane: We needed a more comprehensive tool that was multi-layered (able to create sub sub tasks etc).

Switched From: Quickbase, Salesforce Sales Cloud, monday.com and Smartsheet

Reasons for Switching to Rocketlane: The team's enthusiasm and the functionality met our needs.

Comments: The best part is all outcome for all the project as per the data is summed in the system which reduces the time and effort as well to mention the more report and helps to track the due time for the project and also inform the client of the same.

Pros:

In this easy to track project along with client details we can set the number of days for the project and easy to work accordingly which helps to complete the project within the time frame and the client also can check the status of the project

Cons:

Some time very slowness in the evening time. please add one more thing like any project set the overdue time 60days 90days so system will reminder me email or notification.

Rockellane - The go-to tool for best Customer Collaboration & Project Management

Pros:

I love how intuitive the tool is and the UI is great too! Getting all the projects in one place makes it super helpful for the implementation teams.

Cons:

I think the reporting/dashboards have some scope for improvement (I think I feel the same way about mostly every tool) but is not a show stopper or a blocker in anyway today.

Comments: Rocketlane has improved our client satisfaction and we've seen a decrease in escalations. It's also a great internal training tool!

Pros:

Rocketlane allows us to streamline client onboarding and manage customer relationships in a transparent way that holds everyone accountable. Our clients like that they can visualize project plans in multiple views, and we even use this in sales, to simplify scoping conversations. The Rocketlane education material and their awesome webinars and events increase our experience and product engagement.

Cons:

It would be interesting to have segmentation to tailor the customer onboarding experience to specific user groups. It might help improve user engagement.

Project Management : Rocketlane

Pros:

The ability to manage various client in onboarding phase without getting confused and tagging each one of them to get the fastest response. It is a highly functional tool which never leaves me out of the conversation and keep my onboarding very smooth.

Cons:

I am mainly using it at a level where I am user so I am not being able to get around to find the limitation with the tool. However I would like this tool to have a dark theme available.
