Comments: My overall experience was very great and positive because of their fast and proactive actions to their customer and users. I would say that this site deserves a very good ratings.

Pros:

Xoxoday is very active and one of the best site for gift cards, my experience with this site are extremely exceptional their customer support are very helpful and accomodating. I will recommend this site because it is very user friendly and helpful site.

Cons:

Nothing I can say about the Cons just a positive of Xoxoday.

Xoxoday Product Review and Improvements to Consider

Pros:

Xoxoday is very easy to use / navigate. It offers a variety of options to choose from through several online platforms.

Cons:

Some survey times take time to complete. It would be beneficial to have unlimited time to complete them without restraint.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVERT

Comments: I have a gift voucher that I need replaced, as that store brand only has 5 branches where you can use the voucher. Unfortunately, only one of those branches is near my area. I went there and discovered that that branch is actually closed already. I first reached out to Giftaway, who was nice enough to attempt to assist me, and advised they can assist me if I still want to try to use that voucher on a branch they can locate. They also gave me the option to reach out to Xoxoday - which has been the WORST experience I have received. Their excuses:
a) I cannot open the voucher (even though I gave them the link, a screenshot containing the code)
b) They want me to reach out to my company's support team instead BECAUSE they cannot do anything for me (which is such an amateurish response).
c) When I asked why EXACTLY do I need to reach out to my company's support team, and what INFO they NEED to finally assist me - THEY DONT RESPOND
d) They then spammed me with multiple automated emails, saying "Here is your ticket link for the concern" - which I CANNOT ACCESS.
Seriously, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, very unprofessional customer service

Pros:

They respond FAST (even on weekends) - but their responses are scripted and does not help me resolve my concern AT ALL

Cons:

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I have ever dealt with. Gives me automated responses for a turnaround, and does not attempt to assist me AT ALL

It's easy to use. It give me many surveys in a single day. Gift points is enough according to surveys. All over, one of the best❤️ I love lifepoints ❤️

Sometimes surveys will disappeared when I loggin. Please give more time to stay survey on website.

Comments: Overall this is a solid product and I would recommend it to other organizations.

Pros:

This platform is well designed and is an great tool for employee engagement. The analytics portion of the platform is very useful to track and engage with our organization.

Cons:

We wish that we could filter posts on the main page and then to be able to give points to employees that is not always posted publicly. Managers would like the option for public and private appreciation.

Designed to make money on expired rewards

Pros:

My employer started using this platform and sent me some rewards over past two years. Recently I noticed that $250 worth of rewards were expired few months back. I was never sent any reminder from this platform and customer support says that there is no way to get them back now. Also they did not tell me if the expired rewards were sent back to my employer or were monetized by the platform.

Cons:

No customer loyalty, looks like the entire platform is designed to make money on expired rewards

Comments: It has been great right from the time I reached out for the demo. Never thought something like this was available within reach. I have evaluated over 18 tools and finally went for Xoxoday.

2. Very supportive team.
3. Very fast and supportive customer support.
4. Easy to deploy

Pros:

It is a DIY tool. Changes can be made whenever needed.

Cons:

Not easy. Most of it is already there. May be the design can improve.

Comments: Our company's overall experience with them has been a positive one. The relationship has always been good, Xoxoday's customer service and management team are always quick to respond and handle any inquiries.

Pros:

Their online platform is relatively simple to use when placing orders, especially when you take into consideration that our systems aren't integrated. Only the tools you need are there -- no endless and useless navigational links or buttons. It's clean, simple and effortless.

Cons:

From my point of view there aren't many cons. If anything, just the ability to change customer email addresses on a completed order is the only thing missing. Right now, you can only click a "Resend Voucher: button and it's sent to the same email address.

Comments: AWESOME! I have introduced XOXODAY in 3 different organizations I have worked for. Just to clarify, no freebies given to me from XOXODAY. :) I introduced it because I love it.

Pros:

Best feature is the - wide range of brand associations, really gives a free hand to employees to chose from. Next best feature is the platform in itself. Very easy to use & user-friendly !

Cons:

Nothing for me to mention. Its a great product!

Comments: Marvelous.

Pros:

It is easy to select the vendors from the list. Various ranges of products can be viewed and picked before selection. It is user friendly. Even a layman can use by going thru the software with or without others assistance. Customer service executives are polite in answering; albeit the questions are irritable.Customer centricity is the main focus.

Cons:

Initially I had a problem of using xoxoday. I called the customer service desk and got the inputs how to use. Instead if they would have given the instruction how to use, it will be of much help.

Nice Product with ease of doing

Comments: Its good and I liked it very much personally.

Pros:

Ease of handling, customer support service. Whenever we stuck anywhere we get the required help from XOXO team.

Cons:

Need to have bifurcations in budget that we newly recharge with. For eg; if we have recharged plum with 1 lac and after few days we put some more amount say 1.5 lacs then it should have two different trackers showing utilization of each recharge which will be really helpful.

Effective global rewards platform

Comments: It has been good experience so far. Specially in covid times it was useful to continue the RnR programs.

Pros:

This enables seamless rewards for your global teams without thinking about borders and different currencies and logistics issues

Cons:

Great and affordable

Comments: It’s a great software - best we ever used.

Pros:

It’s a very accessible way to manage rewards that are ethical which is very important for us to choose and predetermine the retail partners that are aligned with our policies.

Cons:

It seems to be quite confusing to new recipients. Maybe more explanation to new users. Topping up led to some issues due to conversion through the Indian currency but I am told this is being addressed.
