It is not expensive and they have a lovely and friendly customer service. The system is very easy to use, accurate and easy to complete website forms. We have a really good emailing system that warns when a payment is made and a great donation tracking report. We do not use it for event management, volunteers and staff so we cannot give a feedback for these sections. > > **Cons**: I did not have any bad experience with Donor box, it promptly send us an email to let us know if a payment failed so we can contact the customer. It would be good if the software itself could reminder the client that the transaction failed too so that avoid us to contact the client ourselves. > > Our overall experience is great.
