WorkInSync's Desk Booking Software is smooth and easy to use

Comments: We all have once in our professional experience a time where we spent some good time searching for a free desk in the office. But with WorkInSync's desk booking software it has now become easy for all of us to choose and book our desks in advance and hence has also increased the productivity of the team.

Pros:

I believe the biggest advantage of the desk booking app is that I do not have to waste any time in finding where my team is sitting or where I need to sit for the rest of the day in the office. Booking my desk and sitting with my team is only a click away.

Cons:

As of now I have not really come across any specific cons. It has been a smooth process for me and my team.

Comments: Its a great application for business, helps a lot to manage safety of associates

Pros:

Scheduling, Desk booking, Security dashboard and Safety alerts.

Cons:

I did not like the dependency on Network which impacts a lot on Safety alerts.

My Take on the New All in One Application in the market, Which also helps in RTO (Return To Office)

Comments: Transparency On Colleague booking and status, - Give that info on should I plan or not to office Sanitization - Need of the Hour and digitizing of Housekeep staff activity Meeting Room - Data on employee was available for in-presence meeting or not again gives that transparency.

Pros:

Meeting room management, Initial on-boarding with company policies to be accepted, Desk Booking with real-time sanitization update, Custom Notifications, etc..!

Cons:

Aryoga Setu Integration, I understand that's the policy that the company has & we have to follow but given the current circumstances is this even relevant now?

Comments: A strong, Motivated team who has this hunger to make their name in the market and are on the correct path to achieve this. The App has reduced a lot of human & manual-dependent processes and it has brought true digitization...!

Pros:

Integration with Teams, Seat Booking, WFH / WFO transparency, Health Check & Office preference

Cons:

The team has taken feedback on this and they have worked it out for us, Initially we dint like the outcome of the floorplan but post review with their tech and customer experience team. We were able to get a better visibility on our floor plans

Flexible Desking, Meeting Room Booking and Scheduling tool

Comments: The tool has been very engaging and user friendly. It helps me on daily basis not only to plan my day at work or home but also of my team mates. Their notifications are minimal and helpful.
I will like to highly recommend it.

Pros:

Flexible Desk Booking with interactive maps is an excellent feature. Booking Meeting Rooms, hardware resources and other features like meal bookings are great to have. I especially like how the tool has an element of ML and remembers my preferences. Their digipass based contactless entry is worth mentioning too.

Cons:

Parking Spot booking isn't of much use to me since I have a dedicated Car park.

The best tool for a manage

Comments: The facility management features from WorkInSync is a class apart. It is convenient especially if you have a hybrid workplace. The ability to see the floor occupancy is something that really appeals to me a lot. The dashboard helps me track office occupancy.

Pros:

I can access the analytics shown on the dashboard and download them in the form of Excel reports. I can customize the reports. Also, it gives me access to both historical and real-time data.

Cons:

Nothing about the product I dislike. I like using WorkInSync and believe that it has given me a better perspective of the office.

Comments: this will be the new normal going forward adjust to the hybrid workpalce and we think we have a best app to manage that

Pros:

Application has a lot of features, what i like was giving out a info on WFH / WFO, This gives an insight of all my team members. Meal booking and meeting room booking is also what i liked about

Cons:

Not found till now, but would like to see mail room management also to be present in it.

Comments: Absolutely love how they’ve created a one stop solution for planning work from the office with the current hybrid work model. Booking seats, parking & meals for those who come to the office is all done with just one click. The team calendar also allows me to see who from my team is coming to the office, so I can plan my day in advance. It is the best app for improving employee experience. And like I say, it is the most accommodating hybrid workplace app ever.

Pros:

Everything about the product. It is very user friendly. And because it offers everything in one place, I do not have to switch between different apps. Be it desks or parking, everything is on one platform. Super comfortable in using this app.

Cons:

I like their desktop version more compared to their mobile version. Also, I think the load time for the mobile version is more compared to the desktop version.

Return to work safely with WorkInSync!

Comments: It enabled our company to establish a hybrid workplace. Our employees were really worried about coming back to the office. But there were different safety modules, which we applied.

Pros:

The app is extremely easy to use. I personally like the contact tracing feature the most. The concept of Digipass is great as well.

We are eagerly awaiting the capability of multi-language support in the tool

Easy to mark my attendance

Comments: All I need to do with WorkInSync before going to the office is fill out a health form and submit a selfie wearing a mask. They automatically share a QR code. When I scan it at the reception, my attendance gets captured and I get easy access to the entire office.

Pros:

With one QR code, I get access to the office, and my attendance logs in at the same time

Cons:

I am a new user of the app, and I haven’t found any cons till now.

Comments: we are very happy with the software, the Workinsync team [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are always available for all sorts of support.

Pros:

the ease of use of the system, the floor plans are interactive and I could find a desk according to the amenities, it takes 15-20 seconds to make a desk booking from the mobile app

nothing as of now, they keep the after sales support spot on

My return to office became breezy

Comments: When my office announced that we need to get back to our workplace, I was scared, to be honest. Apart from safety, the concern was whether or not I will be able to adjust. With WorkInSync, the process to return to the office became seamless. From their QR-based sign-in to desk management, I am extremely happy to have used this app. The features are well-developed. It is a must for all employees returning to the office.

Pros:

The best feature in the app has to be the desk booking app. I can find my colleagues and see when they are visiting. I can also schedule my desks in advance.

Cons:

The interface can improve. I can see a lot of updates on a daily basis, which shows that they are improving the app to be the best.

The Hoteling App from WorkInSync is Great

Comments: WorkInSync has a very comprehensive hoteling app. It is easy and simple. The app comes with options to book desks for a long period of time, therefore, reducing my need to make bookings daily. It is super convenient.

Pros:

It sends me notifications every day, reminding me of my bookings. I can pick the start date and the end date of the bookings, and the app takes care of the rest. This is very simple and doesn’t need much intervention.

Cons:

The number of notifications sent by the app is actually too much. They should reduce the number of notifications sent.

Very practical app at this moment

Comments: Beautifully designed. I can easily find my team members where they are seated and book a desk near to them. Whenever I plan to visit the office, I don’t need to open my laptop and search for the web app, I can just book a desk and a parking lot for me on the mobile app itself.

Pros:

Good customer support, on time service delivery, super user friendly interfaces.

Cons:

Convenient integration with MS teams

Comments: WorkInSync lets me make my booking and even check my colleague’s schedule within Microsoft Teams itself. I’m able to book my desk through the chatbot and it automatically adds my schedule to my calendar as well!

Pros:

Managing my office visits and schedule is very convenient.

Cons:

Constant updates can be a little irritating, but it’s natural since team is working hard to make improvements.

Comments: The amalgamation of Physical and virtual office has changed the way of working. Employees now see the office from a very different perspective now

Pros:

Everything starting from the fact that the workplace has now become Hybrid, to booking your own office desk before even visiting the office. Being able to book meeting rooms in advance. I believe the software has been designed with a lot of deliberation.

Cons:

I believe there is a scope for more features like visitor management. It will make our experience even better.

Pros:

I have been using the software on a daily basis, the end user experience has been absolutely wonderful. Anyone can use the mob app . It is really easy and efficient.
