As an admin, I am always switching between folder, system, and region settings. 2- Channel templates are a huge undertaking to get set up. 3- Folders - I get questions on folder structure and why subfolders pop up under products when a master folder is clicked. So, it might help to have more than just Products and Files when we click a master folder to include "subfolders" instead of throwing subfolders under products. In our instance, we have a "weBoost" folder, and then a few subfolders, and then products and subfolders under each of those - however, subfolders and products appear under our "weBoost - Products" subfolder when clicked. > > Extremely positive. There are a million small-midsize companies like ours that don't need a PIM. All we need is a way to distribute our digital assets and feed them into e-commerce sites. 2) It performs the core functions needed and it has some very nice value adds for our sales team. 3) The platform is intuitive - thus making it easy for business partners to "help themselves". 4) The technical support is fantastic because it is centered around their customer's needs, not around the software itself - an issue I find with most other platforms where their support finds customers almost a distraction from their real job, whatever that may be.
