Easy to use and reuse

Pros:

The platform is very user friendly and I feel like my 75 year old mom would even be able to use this it is so easy.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of to make the app better would be the ability to scan the credit card instead of typing it all in. But I don’t have any complaints or issues with how Passport is right now.

Parking app is organized, but charges to use it...

Comments: I understand why our city went with this program, it's fairly easy to use and tracks people's parking pretty decently, however it shouldn't charge people just to use it when they already have to pay for parking.

Pros:

The police parking app feels pretty organized, and I like that it's not for use only in one city, you can enter your Zone in any City that uses the same programming.

Cons:

I really didn't like that they charged to use their service, you have to pay a fee in order to pay by card which is the only option on the app. I also didn't appreciate that if we weren't right next to a Zone marker in our parking area we had to go hunt one down. If this program already has GPS or locator activated, shouldn't they be able to tell what parking Zone we are in? I also wish it were an option, but perhaps that's up to the cities creating the zones, but if one zone is right next to another we should be able to park for the same payment in either Zone.

Passport Makes Parking Easy!

Comments: Loved that I could load in a friend's car tag and pay for parking at an out of town concert venue.

Pros:

You can enter multiple cars and use anywhere Passport is being used by parking services. This works in multiple cities and across statelines. If you have your zone/meter numbers, snap a quick picture if running late, then you can complete the payment as you walk away.

Cons:

It can take a while to load the nearby meter zones which takes a bit more time if you're running late.

Easy parking service

Pros:

I like how you can add multiple saved vehicle license plates for easy use in the future.

Cons:

I do not like how it charges a service fee for every transaction.

Comments: Horrible, inhuman, I got two parking spots 2 days ago at 12:30pm and I received a call from a hospital at 12:50pm that my mom was there and I have to go to help her. I call these people to get a refund. I was crying talking to them and explaining my situation to them, but they said to me they can’t do a refund because they need more to growth up as a company. Is easy to work on the app but with people without heart.

Cons:

Pleople that don’t have heart, they don’t have heart

No more windshield stickers.

Pros:

Easy to use. Look is simple and attractive. After you enter your card and vehicle information, your info is saved for future uses.

Cons:

In a parking garage without cell service it is hard/near impossible to enter the parking info and payment.

Don't have to run out to meter

Pros:

Much more convenient than consistently running out to meter. Will tell you how much time you have left right on your phone.

Cons:

Asks you to enter zone number at first, not clear at all that this means the area code in which you are parking.
