Comments: Clearoom magically saves my time in scheduling and i have best experience after using clearoom as i am able to easily schedule of my all room booking at single dashboard without any difficulties.

Pros:

Clearoom support me in my work by easily scheduling room, check available floor plan and i love its unique feature of Optional health questionnaire prior to booking.

Cons:

Clearooms never disappoint me with its service and i have no dislike about it so far.

Easy to customize and very reliable. Clearooms have a clear lead on the best meeting room booking system.

Comments: The experience is intriguingly simple, convenient and yet productive at the same time. Having Clearooms has really simplified our meeting rooms booking experience making it quick for us to find a free room to book and attend meetings. It has helped us keep our meeting rooms tidy by offering instant information and reports on the state of our rooms.

Pros:

Clearooms usability is very simple and the user-friendly interface makes it even easier to navigate and operate. It provides clear meeting rooms reports that help understand every activity that is happening in our rooms including the attendance and meeting details. Clearooms floor plans offers a swift meeting room booking experience which help avoid time wasting trying to find which room is free for booking. It has a single sign-in functionality that makes it real quick, secure and convenient to book and access meeting rooms.

Cons:

It has been a five star experience with Clearooms. We have come across nothing to like least about Clearooms.

Comments: Clearoom is one of the best and powerful software in managing and automation of documentation process. So evaluate your needs first and use only if it's required as it contains so many feature you might get confuse.

Pros:

There are many pros of clearooms but here I am going to mention my favourite one. The real time monitoring feature of software in which software provides real-time data collection in monitorings helps a lot in management.

Cons:

The only thing I feel that can be con for clearooms is its complex user interface, the new users may find it difficult to use it in starting.

There are 2 pros of clearooms that i feel to mention here. 1. It's user friendly interface makes it easy for me to navigate and book desks or meeting room. 2. Integration feature help me to integrate clearoom with google Calendar which also helps me to schedule my whole day efficiently.

The only con i felt about the software is its limited customisation options compared to other similar organizations.

The Ease of Utilizing Clearooms to Reserve a Work Space.

Comments: Since the pandemic and now being able to get back in the office Clearooms has made it easy for me to reserve a work space. The software is very easy to use and doesn't take a lot of your time up when reserving work space. My experience with it has been very positive.

Pros:

I like that I can log on and easily see what desks are available. The layout of the work space is easy to review and I can then select my desk and reserve it for up to 14 working days. The software is very easy to use and learning how to reserve my work space was very intuitive. Overall for my purpose it is a fantastic piece of software.

Cons:

I really have nothing negative to say about the software. I would prefer that I can reserve my space longer than 14 working days. But still that is a minute issue. Overall I think it serves it's purpose very well.

the restrcition on 30 day lookahead. not sure if this customisable. i am trying to plan 3 months of office time against home working - would be nice if it could extend the durations

Does what it says on the tin... and MORE!

Comments: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was brilliant from start to finish and since we launched and the necessary questions, we didn't need anymore help and if i do have a question, i know il get it answered very quick! The app and desktop version are stil working great as well :)

Pros:

It is just so easy, I paid extra for the office design as just need a straight forward app that is what i got... training is 5 minutes, to book abd unbook desks is easy and we built it into our network so it is an automatic process...

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like - I didn't take advantage of the meeting room option as we have an add on with TEAMS and OUTLOOK.

Super-easy desk booking / unbooking system

Comments: My company implemented this a few months ago and i can highly recommend it for desk booking, meeting room booking, car park space booking

Pros:

this software is so easy to use - no need to log in, its just there in my favourites. See at a glance on any day who is in, where they are sitting, the equipment on each desk. Its a single click to book my preferred desk. I get an email notification too - useful if i cant to check from my phone that i'm booked in. If i change my mind its just as easy to cancel

Cons:

minor gripe it loads with the floor plan enlarged - just click shrink plan to see a shrunk version

Comments: Customer service has been exceptional, any help and advice we have needed has been received almost immediately. It was very simple and straightforward to set up and was quickly implemented with no fuss.

Pros:

It is very simple to use, setup and amend features and it is visually clear and well set out.

Cons:

There have been no aspects so far that we have not liked.
