Pros:

Meritto is the one stop shop for all admissions related database

Cons:

Some times it fails to detect the duplicate leads

Comments: quite good and satisfied, - i am a manager so providing training to new joinee is quite easy - and they also understand it better.

Pros:

i have been using meritto since last 9 month, as of now i feel its quite easy to use - as i used leadsqure but it was quite difficult to use.

Cons:

the followup part, i fill quite caboodle. make it straight forward easy and in a simple way.

should work on filter system , it should be more easier and should add one more feature who have pull our lead

Simple user interface and quick filters for untouched leads

Cons:

Taking the follow-up data and maintaining proper followup is very hectic.... Can't put an exact filters to extract a perticular set of data and also after updating a lead the whole lead set got refreshed , also while adding new filter the previous filter get disabled automatically

Comments: Overall the experience is good with meritto as with the help of it. My works get a lot more easier than using the traditional methods

Pros:

A lot of interesting features it has. But the one which i like the most is the Feature which allows use to change the lead stage of multiple leads together. It helps to save our time a lot.

Cons:

Not as such. As earlier the issues which i were having have been resolved once i raised the query

More detailed information of lead (like city, stream, class) to be there on platform. Email to the lead to be sent directly from the meritto. Lead to be separate by their stream or class thru sort option once lead is categorized.

Comments: With a great expectation we purchased nopaperform even though we had many options but it was very disappointing to see the things did not settling even after 6 months of usage. Team will never accept anything and always say they are at par no issues or glitches are there in the process.

sometimes there are some pop-up issues while calling to the customers because of it I am distracted a lot & because of this there is a negative impact also on customers because at the time of call, we don't have any clue about their names and educational background
