An Impactful Site with an Incredible Support team

Pros:

The best part of working with EvolutionX is the support surrounding the services our company gets for a reasonable price. It began from the moment we began with EvolutionX, the support team took over the implementation and ran with it. Our contribution was minimal; mostly marketing decisions and supplying data for launch. Frankly, we could not believe how easy the launch was.

Cons:

The only negative that our team had was how limited our choices were for the landing page template.

The ecommerce platform that has evolved to become the the leader.

Comments: Evolution X for us is the total solution we have been looking for and answers all of our ecommerce questions.

Pros:

As a total ecommerce package Evolution X is quite simply the winner amongst many other options. The platform has been created by people from the business supplies industry and this shows through the attention to detail within each section. There are too many excellent functions to describe but the killer benefits

Cons:

Due to the amount of great features and new developments that frequently are launched it is a little difficult to keep up to date and take full advantage of all of them.

Great product with even better customer service!

Comments: $ MORE SALES! $ Easy to change banners, content pages and overall merchandising. Easy to keep our site fresh on a weekly basis. Anytime we need EVO staff, they are quick on the Chat or e-mail. Very professional, responsive, educated and willing to really help us. Love the EVO team! :)

Pros:

We are not a "tech" skilled company. Integrated EVO and then the new version EVO-X was nearly headache free. :) It is a software you can learn. Setting up customers is easy. Pricing is simple and multi-level. Still fully learning how robust and powerful the labels are. Badges are efficient, fun and powerful. Item merchandising can be simple and quick, or very involved. Wish we had more staff to fully engage the marketing & merchandising. Could use help with adding content and getting our rewards program off the ground. Easy to export reports and data.

Cons:

Wish orders integrated with ECi, but that's not the fault of EVO. Could use a series of training classes for our new employees. Help with HubSpot and SpinStak and the Rewards program. Help with Essendant marketing I don't want to use Sales.i

EvolutionX - Ecommerce Partners

Comments: EvolutionX is not just an off the shelf Ecommerce package.
The team really take time to understand your requirements and guide you through setup and administration. Customer service is at the heart of this business!

Pros:

Turning our websites into webstores was the best part of selecting EvolutionX Giving us the flexibility to manage the sites inhouse gave us back the freedom to be able to connect to other service providers. Connections into clients ERPs and an open API portal as moves us to the next level

Cons:

We're now moving so fast with our online presence, our current ERP providers are struggling to keep up with the pace of our requests.

An easy to use versatile online platform with excellent technical support

Comments: A can do business who will go the extra mile to support your needs

Pros:

Integration is made very easy we have limited IT resources so this helped us massively

Cons:

Despatching and updating the orders could be more detailed currently you can only say its part despatched or despatched but not what has been despatched

Your Business Life Saver!

Comments: Evolution X have given us a number of one-stop solutions for our e-commerce requirements. Through their platform, we are able to serve small one man band customers online through to large, bluechip customers using EDI and system integration. In order to do this without Evolution, we would need both more manpower and a number of software houses to help provide a suite of solutions - none of which would be kept under one remit, a benefit we have with Evolution X.

Pros:

The system benefits from being both incredibly user-friendly yet feature rich in functionality. We have a number of company requirements ranging from B2B, B2C, punchout and system integration - Evolution X handles all of these with a pinch of salt. Away from the system, the team behind Evolution X are as helpful as you could wish. High recommended!

Cons:

There are few things we dislike about the Evolution platform - our only potential requirement would be better communication of new features by way of a monthly newsletter perhaps.

If you're not using Evo X your business will be left behind.

Comments: Very positive, the support from the team is superb. You do need to put in effort to achieve what you want from the software, however the team will be there every step of the way to get you there and grow your business online.

Pros:

Ease and speed of us for administration and maintenance. Customer friendly front end with lots of 'out the box' features to improve the customer journey and increase sales.

Cons:

Data reporting could be better, however we can utilize Google Analytics to support our needs in this area.

Engaged and innovative partner

Comments: Really great team to work with and seems to be a great "customer centric" culture right the way through the business

Pros:

It is exceptionally reliable and the team consistently deliver on their promises and commitments. The functionality all our B2B requirements and the pipeline for development is always full of innovation and improvements

Cons:

Hard to find many faults in the dealing with the team - its not a magic bullet to success but if you put in the time and resource on your end then the team and Evolution will match that commitment and deliver over and beyond

Rock Solid B2B E-Commerce Platform

Comments: Our experience has been great. The support and communication is great.

Pros:

EvolutionX offers a rock solid e-commerce platform that can be integrated into many different ERP systems to support B2B e-commerce. They have a number of integrations with other software providers to assist with sales tax, shipping, and more. They are constantly releasing new features and improvements to the platform. It is very customizable and flexible so it can used to fit many different needs.

Cons:

There aren't any glaring cons. It's flexible enough to support many different B2B companies with varying product, catalog, pricing, and other needs. The support is good as well. They do a good job.

EvoX

Comments: EvoX is the best e-commerce solution in the Office Products industry by a considerable distance. The product does the basics properly and robustly (which, amazingly, for some products isn't the case), whilst still continuing to develop innovative features. It's ability to connect with a slew of third-party applications enables you to run a simplified, integrated workflow, meaning no duplication of work.

Pros:

Third-party App integration. Integration with existing ERP. Extensive B2B admin options. Integrated framework for targeting marketing opportunities. Constant development and innovation. Tie-in with Fusion Data.

Cons:

I honestly don't have a bad word to say about it.

Great Find

Comments: Extremely happy with the Evo X customer service and attentiveness. Really happy with the ongoing support provided as we grow our ecommerce offerings and their ability to communicate with our suppliers.

Pros:

Easy to use and team friendly. Customer service walked us through set up and address our questions with in-depth instruction.

Cons:

Extremely robust offering made it difficult for first time users. However, the Evo X team did a great job of training our team and made all users comfortable.

Best Platform for office resellers and IT resellers

Comments: Best platform I've used and the customer service is very good, support are always there when required.

Pros:

Easy to use, full of Rich features, very powerful and regular updates available. monthly webinars are helpful and tips to make the site customer user friendly.

Cons:

Lower Price would be helpful in the current times.

EvolutionX has made our Ecommerce easy to use

Comments: We are trying to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. Ecommerce allows them to order when they want to order.

Pros:

Integrating with our ERP has made it easy for us, orders created on ecommerce are automatically created in our ERP. Taxes, pricing, availability, etc all come from our ERP. Customers love the content (item images and descriptions). ESTech works closely with our ERP company to integrate what we needed.

Cons:

There are a few little things but there is a process for customer suggestions and they try to implement those.

Very satisfied with the results!

Pros:

The visuals on our website are a big hit, so much good feedback from users and other vendors that utilize our website.

Cons:

Integration with our ERP system was a bit troublesome, a good part of it could be all the custom work that has been done to it, Either way, EvoX made sure to always keep us on the loop and made things work!

Great Customer Service, Very Good UI

Pros:

The UI is very professional and tastefully done. I really appreciate the attentiveness of EvolutionX's team, who perform their duties in a friendly and professional manner

Cons:

Some of the technology is limited, but they are always looking to improve their back-end for the sake of their customers
