Comments: Very good. Like the tool and has recommended it to friends.

Pros:

The ease of having someone book a time in my calendar - when I'm available - without the back and forth on email.

Cons:

Not being able to customize the email and SMS reminders.

The Best Calendly Alternative

Comments: The total user experience with TimeSync is quite amazing as they keep everything easy to navigate and setup.

Pros:

It has a lifetime deal, great customization options, more improvements constantly on the way, and built in text reminders to top it all off. There are many more benefits but those are the biggest benefits.

Cons:

There are some features still missing but it's expected as they are a newer company continue to improve and add new features. What they don't have now they will most likely have in a couple months to years.

Bait and Switch

Comments: Was pretty optimistic on their product and hence i bought a lifetime plan to support them. But with the server down, the product is unusable. Reached out to their support twice over 3 days and no reply. Really sad to see a promising product like this go to the drain due to not upgrading their servers.

Pros:

TimeSync has quite a few nice features that other apps do not.

Cons:

The server is constantly down. Once you reach support with these problems, they are non-existent in their replies. Server down, no bookings.

Great Custom Meeting Scheduler

Comments: The current way to schedule a meeting was to call or fill out a contact form. To be able to see someone's exact availability and for the client to be able to schedule at a time that works for them is so much less friction than having to call or fill out a form.

Pros:

The team feature is great so that anyone available can be scheduled for certain types of meetings. Also, the ability to create all different types of meetings with unique links at your own domain!

Cons:

Set up is a bit confusing at first but overall fairly straightforward once you go through each settings screen a couple of times.

THE calendly alternative

Comments: Overall it's great! Value for money to the moon.

Pros:

I bought the tool for a lifetime offer and not for specific features, but overall everything is fine

Cons:

Sometime it has a few bugs and it's missing the change language function.

Comments: If the features are sufficient for your uses, it's a great option. If not, there are alternatives.

Pros:

It is easy to use and consistently does what it's supposed to.

Cons:

A few of the features I ended up needing have not been developed and look to not be in the works. Namely, the use of video in booking descriptions.

Comments: I switched from Appointlet to TimeSync, and it's more than I was expecting for a software like this.

Pros:

I love how easy the integrations are and that I can send an automated reminder to my clients using whatsapp.

Cons:

I haven't found anything difficult for now.

Good alternative to Calendly

Pros:

I was looking for good LTD scheduling software instead of paying monthly for a Calendly subscription. Major pros that I liked - SMS reminders, Book a meeting button, CNAME (Upcoming feature)

Cons:

Nothing much. Excited to see how this product evolves.

TimeSync is my favourite Scheduling System

Pros:

I like TImeSync because of the lifetime offer so that I no longer need to incur monthly charges for other scheduling systems I use. In terms of functionality, TimeSync can match with other scheduling systems and I am satisfied with the app.

Cons:

Honestly I can't think of any features of TimeSync I dislike.

Great alternative to Calendly

Comments: My overall experience has been great!

Pros:

As a former Calendly user, I like that the Timesync gives me all the necessary features at much better value.

Cons:

So far, I don't have any complaints, the roadmap is full of planned feature upgrades!

A decent Calendly alternative, with a lot of potential!

Comments: Overall I'm pretty happy, and I completely ditched Calendly for TimeSync. The support is impressive; they always solve the problem I face. The development is slow but steady, so I'm confident they will improve the product and solve my problems.

Pros:

It's incredibly easy to use and setup, it has a simple embedded that let you embed a floating button in your website with a few clicks, and it let you collect payments during the call scheduling.

Cons:

Localization is weak. There isn't the possibility of having the scheduling page in Italian or translating the fields manually. The main problem is that you can't have multiple language booking pages. My website is in 2 languages (Italian and English), and it's pretty normal for a non-US/UK business to have a website in at least two languages (I live near Switzerland, where websites usually use Italian, English, French, and German). Since this tool is built for remote meeting scheduling, I think this missing functionality may be a deal-breaker for many people. I couldn't set up a custom domain, but I'm sure it was my fault. Another thing that I don't like is that I can't offer both PayPal and Stripe as a paying method. I have to choose one of them for every meeting (the workaround is easy, just create an appointment with PayPal payment processing and one with Stripe, but it doesn't offer a smooth user experience for our customers).

Feature-rich, surprisingly good scheduling software

Comments: I purchased this software a while ago, but didnt use it and went with a more well-known competitor. However, upon revisiting TimeSync, Im impressed on how many features they've implemented and frankly its now better than the other, more expensive alternative that I'm currently using. I will stay with TImeSync.

Pros:

I am very impressed with the updates to the software, including “look busy” mode - which is a huge feature in demand for many of the competitors. Additionally, this software is visually appealing, unlike some others. Im very happy I revisited timesync and now Im getting rid of my current (more expensive system) and will be using this full time. Highly recommend.

Cons:

I would like to have a routing feature that allows the customer to choose the type of the appointment they'd like, and then be redirected to that particular scheduling calendar.

5 stars solution for meeting scheduling

Really cool, like the design and the flexibility it gives you. The best calendly alternative so far.

I have not found any cons for now. It does the job just perfect.

Great system for managing your appointments

Comments: The experience has been good so far - no other complaints

I like the ease of use and that I can customize each scheduling page with different information. I also liked that it has a email and texting option for appointment reminders

Cons:

The only thing that I dont like about the software is their company branding on the appointment reminders- I really like the whitelabel experience where I can brand my company and having there logo does not allow me to fully brand. I hope that they decide to take off at some point

The support is not that great they don't respond, how ever as said, its so intuitive that I could find my way through

Lifetime Deal With Whatsapp Alerts Features! Its A Steal! Go For It!

Comments: I recently switched to Timesync from another Meeting Scheduling App. Whatsapp Reminders is The Feature which made me consider the switch. I was extremely delighted with The courteous customer care of Novocal. They guided me with courteous explanations for onboarding and they are also open for new feature requests! Definitely a great deal for anyone looking for an excellent Meeting Management System with Whatsapp Reminders

Pros:

I've been looking for an alternative to other booking calendars where the process of setting up events and other settings are streamlined, and Timesync does a good job at this. I also like the "qualification" setting where they can book only if they meet my criteria.

Cons:

A bit hard to find out how to make certain events only check availability on certain calendars.

Pros:

It lets your clients automatically book based on when you're free. It integrates with each Google Calendar you have through a single Google Account.

Cons:

Minor UX improvements and tweaks as it's growing - things like making configuration of an integration part of the initial user flow when adding the connection. Minor things.
