Website is great, user experience is not

Comments: The service and idea is great, we are working with many vendors on long term basis.Interface really needs to be improved.It is wayy too difficult to follow all the orders if they are constantly being moved between different mailboxes.I'd love to find all the previous orders in one place instead of scrolling through messages.

Pros:

Great choice of vendors and freelancers providing outstanding services.Many options, reviews, option to message the vendor first.Good pricing options, responsive customer service.Add ons to services, Expedite service available.

Cons:

Interface is complicated, can't find my previous orders since they are hidden at the end of communication chain. The communication is tough to follow especially if many orders are in place. Don't understand the reason for moving the email flow to the inbox after the order is delivered.

Is it worth it for freelancers and buyers?

Comments: Fiverr is a flexible, accessible platform that connects clients with freelancers for a wide variety of services. However, time must be well spent to find quality freelancers, and users need to be mindful of the added fees and platform policies.

Fiverr is a freelance platform, where individuals and businesses can buy or sell digital services example graphic design to writing, programming, and marketing. you either have the option of buying and selling on Fiverr. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate Many freelancers on Fiverr offer fast delivery options and quick turn around time . you are able to read reviews on Fiverr on anyone or whatever service you might require , thus helping you to make an informed decision .

Cons:

There can be inconsistency in the quality of freelancers . Finding a reliable, high-quality freelancer can take time and research. Freelancers can be very competitive . This can make it challenging for high-quality freelancers to stand out, and they may feel pressured to lower their prices. Fiverr charges are constantly climbing which can add up as well as turn off potential clients , I was turned off after experiencing constant price increase . however after thorough investigation of the constant increase i understand why some fees were charged. subsequently it was slightly reduced and all was happy .Some freelancers misrepresent their skills or use stock images in portfolios. Although reviews help, there’s still a risk of working with an unqualified freelancer. Fiverr has strict policies, and violating any rules can lead to account suspension without prior warning, which may be a risk for both buyers and sellers.

Ok services for non-critical projects

Comments: For some less important projects, Fiverr can be an ok option. There are probably better options available for most projects though.

Pros:

Fiverr freelancers can be ok for non-critical work at a low cost. Sometimes it is necessary to hire multiple freelancers on the platform to find one that produces acceptable quality work.

Cons:

There customer service is essentially nonexistent. There also appears to be very little monitoring of Fiverr with regards to the quality of freelancers on the platform.

I feel like people with almost no reviews are not able to get any, due to customers picking the people with the most. Even though it doesn’t mean their quality of work is bad

Comments: Overall, my experience was good. I was able to set up a gig easily and people found me. Jobs come direct to email so it's not necessary to keep checking the site. There are lots of features to facilitate ease for gig workers and clients. In recent years, Fiverr has started providing short courses. I tried a course on working with clients and it was very helpful. In a nutshell, if you're looking to start out as a freelancer, Fiverr is your best option

The downside of using Fiverr is not the platform, but the outsourcing model in general - you don’t know the people you're working with, so it takes a lot of back-and-forth to get on the same page. With colleagues, you usually already share the same context, but on Fiverr, you need to explain things more clearly and spend time aligning.

Comments: The experience is overall positive, I think there is room for improvement on different things, especially managing longer and more complex projects. I used their resolution center once and their team was pretty quick and effective.

Pros:

There are services not offered on Upwork, or at least with a more extensive talent pool compare to other places. You can find great people pretty quick, and that can really speed up projects.

Cons:

It's more transactional, and quality can actually be lower than on other platforms. Their payment system works fine but it's also a little less usable compared to Upwork when it comes to long term contracts (works totally fine for one-off projects). Basically the whole platform is more transactional I would say.

Fiverr My Go-To Platform for Help

Comments: I have mostly used Fiverr for graphics creation and platform setups. I have been very satisfied with the service I've received.

Pros:

I can find competent help with just about anything I need on Fiverr.

Cons:

The only challenge I have is deciding which Fiverr workers to choose from. The reviews from other customers absolutely help.

Finest Freelancing Platform

Comments: I am working as a freelancer since I was an undergraduate. I am using Fiverr Workplace for six years now and I have identified this as one of the best platforms in the industry for freelancers. Apart from my job I am working as a freelancer once I got out of the university.

Pros:

This platform improved the professionalism of me as a freelancer since it gets me feedback from clients while doing the project. it improves transparency and understanding to the clients since they can see my progress of work and see if their vision is full filled. And also it helps to manage and timely deliver projects to the clients.

Cons:

Still I have not seen any negatives to express regarding this platform

Pros:

It provides secure network infrastructure for creating invoices and contract agreements among business parties. We can now make payments to our suppliers with secure system.

Cons:

Everything is organized well under Fiverr workspace and I like general performance.

Comments: Overall experience is not too bad, I was able to find a good graphic designer on it who helped us on lot of projects.

It is a great platform and perfectly named as it helps you get work done at low cost. If you’re a owner of a startup or small business it can be great tool for you.

One main thing is not easy to find good talent on fiverr, you have a lot of digging in, which ll make you feel that I ll do this task myself .

Pros:

That it is free is what I appreciate most. I've been using it for more than a year, and it's incredibly tidy, responsive on mobile devices, and linked with payments. I freelance on many projects. All of my projects, expenses, and deadlines are managed. The fact that they keep introducing new features makes the program better and closer to my ideal state than anything else, in my opinion.

Cons:

Nothing has been observed thus far. There were a couple issues I had to contact customer service about, but they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. The only thing I might recommend is adding the ability to automatically round up tickets to the next quarter-hour mark.

Comments: I have spent countless amount of hours trying to design material for our company over the years and I wish I had known about Fiverr sooner. What our designer created in one day, would have taken me a week to do and it wouldn't have looked as good. This is a huge time saver and much appreciated. We will continue to use Fiverr for our future needs.

Pros:

Fiverr has taken the burden off of having to design invitation cards for our business dinner. The simplicity is a huge plus. I selected my package, sent my design requests, and our designer created awesome invitation cards for our company the very next day. I also appreciate being able to see reviews and examples of their work prior to selecting them for assistance.

It does not offer as much customization as I wish it would. It also has very high competition, so it is really hard for newbies to get started with.

But the agents are not real or serious in asking for tasks, but not for everyone.

What I liked most about Fiverr is that you can maintain several business services that you like, and from your home. Being able to make money remotely is something that is here to stay and Fiverr can demonstrate it in a simple but professional way. Plus Fiverr not only helps you become more financially independent, but it helps you keep track of your projects and jobs, which makes the process more manageable and enjoyable.

There really isn’t anything I dislike or would change about Fiverr at this time.
