Pros:

The software makes league management for statistics and also keeping the teams and other stakeholders informed about the progress of the league

Cons:

i am not happy that i am not able to give someone rights to a specific account to manage fully, currently i have 3 accounts i am managing and i want to give someone just only 1 account to full access. but its not a big overall i am happy with the way the software is designed

Comments: The ability to keep our members fully informed on a day to day basis is really a big boost for our brand. The website is fully integrated with our social media platforms which makes it easier to update our members, That alone save us a lot of time to focus and improve our brand in different departments.

Pros:

You cannot deny the fact that everything is so smooth and fits easily. The entire process of the adding things is very much easy and quick to learn also the addition of teams/divisions, they automatically appear in my scheduling and in my standings website. This really makes being an admin seem very much easy and enjoyable. The amount and variety of options this software gives you is just unbelievable. This is how you make things fun and easy for organisers . Most definitely a must have.

Cons:

Having to log in every now and then when i leave the page is really the only thing that remains at the top of my head, i would like to believe that it is a minor issue though.

Poor Back Office, Really Out Dated look

Pros:

Maybe it works better for leagues but I used it for a club website

Cons:

It's a very rigid format which doesn't work. Sites look like something designed 15 years ago. LeagueRepublic really has been left behind when you can make a website using Wordpress, Wix etc and create exactly what you want without any real knowledge or experience and it looks great. League Republic is a bit of a dinosaur.

League Republic Review

Comments: We have saved huge amounts of time in result checking and updating the league tables manually. Also pyramid style knockout cups have saved a lot of time too. So overall we have benefited hugely from using LeagueRepublic.

Pros:

Live web updates when the App is filled in by the teams. Automatically updates league and knockout pyramids as soon as a final score is input, saving a huge amount of admin time.

Cons:

Doesn't show what the issue is when unable to login to the app. Just says "Error" rather than "wrong password" or "no signal". Doesn't have an option to limit to 1/0 in the score input section on the app. Doesn't automatically add up win/loss to the final score.

League republic

Comments: Timetabling multiple sports, in multiple leagues. I could not do this with out the software !!

Pros:

So simple to use Add, remove and freeze players easily Manage multiple leagues The auto league setup is such a time saver New iOS app for admins

Cons:

I'm struggling to find anything, the software is simply amazing.

Comments: Great way to create and maintain a database of all your players and teams

Pros:

ease of use, easy to enter results, player stats. Help is only a text message away from within the page you are working on Only takes a few minutes to set up

Cons:

Cannot fault this software in any way, works well

4 years using the service and it fullfills my needs and improve every year

Pros:

The fact each player has its page with profile foto and statistics All the statistic part in general

Cons:

i am a small event organizer so for me its expensive to buy the full version but i would appreciate less ad banners

Best free sports league website

Pros:

I have used league republic for many years. Cannot speak highly enough about the site. Will always recommend. Only scored 4 on support because not 24 hours. But they contacted me the next day. I live in Thailand.

This is a great software to manage leagues and its information.

Comments: I've had a very good experience so far!

Pros:

LeagueRepublic is really easy to use. This is because it's very innovative and intuitive. You can manage information about scheduling, results, statistics, players, etc.

Cons:

Setting up the platform for a league might take some time, but that's normal. After a while of using it, it takes shorter time and it becomes easier.

Top notch

Comments: Saves a great amount of time as the site automatically works out merit winners, leagues winners etc. Takes the effort out of running a league.

Pros:

Easy to use and to get to grips with. Setting up of the league, knockouts and cups are straight forward. Website sends out text messages which when replied to automatically updates the website. Transfer of players between teams is straight forward.

Cons:

The only fault I can see is regarding the singles and doubles comps we run. We could do with having the Team Name linked to the player, so when the draw is done, you know which team your opponent(s) play for.

A great product for our needs

Comments: We are going into our 3rd year with this product and feel it has been a successful partnership. we look forward to seeing new product developments from the team.

Pros:

A little time invested will bring rewards with getting the most from this product. It is a nice product and delivers a great look that we pay nothing for at the moment for the basic package. As our league expands is a product we would definitely look at investing money in to unlock other benefits of the products. The support team are very good and answer queries within a decent period of time.

Cons:

There is not the capability of coping with 'promotion play-offs' qualifying places in the leagues - a small gripe and I am sure that they are looking at this as we write this review!

Very Decent Product

Comments: I am very happy with this product, as i have successfully run 6 tournaments on it. As a free product, i cannot complaint about the product at all.

Pros:

Very useful for running sport tournaments. very easy to run once you understand the website.

Cons:

learning how certain things work are not the easiest, although i might not have been aware if there is a tutorial or not.

Review of League Republic

Comments: Hugely positive. The admin section of the website is easy to navigate and any issues are dealt with in a prompt manner by the site developers. Happy to recommend to any other schoolboys league.

Pros:

Cons:

1. Inability to automatically filter results / fixtures by KO time on the results / fixtures pages 2. Need a more thorough breakdown of website statistics

Comments: Overall experience has always been good withLeague Republic

Pros:

This site was inherited from the previous league secretary and I had reservations about it but once you start navigating around the site, it was quite user friendly. If you require any support or info just message the support team and replies are always very prompt. The site is regularly updated to keep up with changing features.

Cons:

Nothing negative to comment about the software, support is always at hand if problems occur.

Full featured and easy to use.

Comments: Found LR very helpful while evaluating the software and plumped for them over competitors based on their support and the flexibility and ease of use. We had very limited time to get a new site operational before start of season and did the competitive leagues in less than one day.

Pros:

Very easy to set-up and use. Has all the basic features we needed plus many more which we are rolling out over time. Also very flexible allowing us to structure our divisions separately (between competitive and non-competitive). Linking in to our FB page is great for highlighting news items and notices.

Cons:

Not much really and have been using it for 2 years. One slight snag is that only one season can be active where in youth leagues we have an additional Jan-Oct season running concurrently.

Southport & District Pool League uses League Republic

Comments: Using League Republic for our League web-site we are able to easily reach all our members, eventually this has meant we now do not bother with printing fixture books which has become increasingly expensive.

Pros:

We've been using League Republic software for 12 years and whilst the software is super easy to use on the odd occassion we need support it is given extremely quickly and professionally. There is enough flexibility to add tabs, documents and photo gallery to make the web-site interesting and informative whilst maintaining a 'personal' feel. We are trialing the Team Admin App this season which has added extra interest whilst matches are being played.

Cons:

Nothing really but if I was being picky then perhaps more picture options for the header.

Perfect for a self-run league!

Comments: As the webmaster, I am very satisfied with the site whether entering information on a mobile device or desktop. I rate League Republic at 5/5 stars.

Pros:

The interface is easy to use and there are many options, even on the free version, that catch the eye and create a beautiful site. Our players universally have said that they enjoy using the site. The additional features are priced reasonably and my league is considering an upgrade to a paid subscription.

Cons:

I missed a few e-mails from players seeking to join our league and a popup box for new messages would have been nice. I saw a popup box asking me to fill out this survey and that would have been helpful for our messages.

Comments: Our overall experience of League Republic is excellent -despite the minor issyes raised above the feedback and help is brilliant - their online help is great but when you need specific help the feedback is always quick prompt and helpful - top class

Pros:

The website is quite easy to use overall with some excellent default setting to help the initial setup, the recent changes to result recording seems to be a lot better

Cons:

Lack of better facility to set up individual player stat records in line with the our league requirements - just some more flexibility and better options to create your own would be beneficial - not enough options in the default settings for players individual stats -

Snooker League review

Comments: This was our first attempt at putting the league on-line in order to keep our players better informed on what is happening in the league and allowing all information to be accessed without needing to visit our club in person. Being able to now view and update information online has already become invaluable.

Pros:

Biggest pro is being free and easy to use. It does take a bit of digging around to get setup at first but once up and running everything is then very smooth. Even though it cannot be a 100% perfect solution for everyone it definitely does 95%+ of the main points any league would require and enables a smart, professional looking online presence.

Cons:

No real cons. As above there will be a few minor things every league would like to have - different stat options, more colours/layout options etc - but these are minor and almost nit-picking considering the free cost.

Absolutely brilliant.

Comments: awesome.. If it wasn't for this then I would have to spend hours each week updating league tables and even sorting new fixtures out at beginning of season.This does it for me

It makes running a darts league as easy as pie.The way it works out the league tables and merits makes my job at running the league halved..

I have used the League Republic software to record our league darts scores for years now. I Love it

Comments: I use this software because it's web based and everyone can login and see league positions, high scores, 180s hit, high checkouts. I haven't found anything else with the flexibility that this software has. I also like the fact that you can build on your first season to show a full history from day 1 of using the program.

Pros:

It is very easy to use without having to go through a user manual. It is very intuitive, however if there are any areas I can't quite get working the help desk is always there and ALWAYS have the answer.

Cons:

Would like more flexibility in Cup Selection, for formats like 4 Man teams. At the moment Singles, Doubles and full teams are all covered but nothing else.

The biggest issue for me would be the lack of a transfer system.
