In my point of view, it saves time and by using it we can create and simulate control systems easily.

SIMATIC SCADA allows automation control engineers to simulate control systems for PLC, HMI, VFD, Relays etc. There are a lot of online resources (forums, tutorials and videos) for beginners to learn about the software. Easy to use software.

Cons:

The product has a good value for money, but it might not be suitable for small scale projects.

Realmente es un software muy bueno para hacer scadas y HMI integrable con profinet

Pros:

Tiene buena comunicación con el PLC, sencilla implementación de pantallas, gran cantidad de elementos que se pueden asociar (imágenes, interruptores, contadores...).En general en un SCADA muy potente, que permite un gran margen de posibilidades.

Cons:

En los modelos más nuevos, se hecha en falta la sencillez que si existía en los modelos más antiguos, y que te permitía implementar un IHM de una forma más rápida y sencilla aunque la calidad no fuese tan depurada.

El mejor SCADA

Pros:

Simatic es un SCADA fácil de manejar para operarios de producción. El entorno de uso es amigable y permite mostrar información sobre todos los puntos del automatismo(señales, sensores, accionamientos, servos,...). La precisión de los movimientos en tiempo real es altísima. La comunicación con el PLC es directa.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gusta es el precio, todo lo demás está muy bien.
