A comprehensive and adotable GRC platform
Comments: Hyperproof has significantly elevated our governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) processes, distinguishing itself as an exceptional GRC platform. Its comprehensive suite not only meets but exceeds the full spectrum of our GRC needs, streamlining compliance management and freeing up valuable time for our team. The platform's intuitive design and robust functionalities have made compliance tasks more manageable and efficient, enabling us to maintain a strong compliance posture with less effort. What truly sets Hyperproof apart is its outstanding communication and project delivery teams, paired with an excellent, efficient support system. Their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication have greatly contributed to our project's success, ensuring that any challenges are swiftly addressed. This level of service, combined with the platform's capabilities, makes Hyperproof an invaluable partner in our GRC efforts and comes highly recommended for any organization seeking a reliable and effective compliance solution.
Pros:
The most impressive aspect of Hyperproof is its comprehensive and user-friendly platform that significantly simplifies the governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) processes. Its ability to streamline compliance tasks, combined with exceptional communication and project delivery teams and an efficient support system, stands out. This holistic approach not only enhances our compliance management efforts but also fosters a strong, supportive partnership, making Hyperproof an invaluable asset to any organization's GRC strategy.
Cons:
While there are not many drawbacks to mention about Hyperproof, if there's one area for potential improvement, it would be the expansion of its feature set. The platform already provides a comprehensive suite of tools for governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) processes. However, incorporating more advanced features or expanding existing functionalities could further enhance its value and adaptability to meet even more specific or evolving GRC needs. This would ensure that Hyperproof continues to lead as an innovative and fully encompassing solution in the GRC space.

GRC Efficiency and Scalability via Hyperproof
Comments: Prior to implementing Hyperproof, we were manually tracking and saving audit evidence, which was leading to a lot of extra work and time spent duplicating efforts. Now that we are able to map evidence to our controls, we are able to quickly find and provide required artifacts to internal and external auditors. And we are able to maintain evidence throughout the year, based on the freshness requirements that we have configured, so that we aren't left with a monstrous effort before every assessment. This tool has proven to be a huge improvement, and the vendor is very responsive to our needs.
Pros:
The platform is already helping us easily map audit evidence to controls for easy tracking, maintenance, and re-use. We've gone from exhausting, time-consuming, manual work to being able to quickly locate and provide audit evidence. Freshness reminders are set to help us stay on top of artifact updates throughout the year rather than a big effort right before an audit or exam. But what we like best are the people - the various teams from sales to implementation to customer success to support to development are extremely responsive to our questions, concerns, and goals.
Cons:
As a financial institution, our primary framework is based on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), which Hyperproof have recently added. It is quite different than SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other common frameworks, and there are still a few functionality issues to be worked out.

Pros:
Really easy to deploy and start using. No coding or complicated config required.Customer support was amazing. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing at bringing us through all the features and really ensuring we understood their use and applicability. She has set us up for success.
Cons:
I wish reports and dashboards were more customizable. This would allow more effective reporting closer t the hyperproof tool. Right now I export info and create my own visuals.

Hyperproof is a growing platform with a solid foundation
Pros:
Hyperproof is a solid and growing GRC tool with a strong foundation that helps streamline compliance and risk management processes. One of the most helpful aspects is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to set up and manage frameworks as your organization scales. The platform is evolving, and Hyperproof is very committed to listening to its customers and improving its features and capabilities, based on needs. The frequency of their rollout and close touchpoint with their customers allows users to grow alongside it. The automation options also help reduce the manual workload, and its centralized dashboard provides a clear, real-time view of compliance status, making it a valuable tool for teams of all sizes. They also have various integrations to popular systems that allow customer to plug in to the product fairly easily. Lastly, their customer support is awesome. They're very quick to respond and address issues over call or email.
Cons:
While Hyperproof has solid fundamentals and is growing as a GRC tool, one downside is that your speed of progress is somewhat tied to theirs. As a growing platform, there are still some features that feel a bit underdeveloped or lacking compared to more established tools. Updates and improvements can take time, which might slow down teams looking for more advanced functionality right now. While it's promising to grow with the platform, it can be frustrating if you're looking for faster enhancements or more immediate solutions to complex needs.

Excellent product and excellent people
Comments: Overall, despite the loss of analytics mentioned above, the experience with Hyperproof has been extremely positive. The system is well designed, their people are helpful and responsive, and we were able to vastly improve our external audit capabilities in a surprisingly short timeframe.
Pros:
When compared to other systems, Hyperproof is feature rich and user friendly. But the company really shines through their people. From Contracts to Implementation and Support, their people are some of the best you will work with.
Cons:
I did not like that analytics was one of the key must-haves when we were in discussions for selecting them as our solution and then after we had signed and completed onboarding, they removed their analytics module in favor of providing integrations to external BI platforms. I understand that their sales team may not have been aware that this was looming, but it has created a real headache for us because we were looking for robust native reporting.

Hyperproof platform review
Comments: A great experience. The Hyperproof team are professionals who truly value the customer's input.
Pros:
The customer support was tremendous and the Hyperproof team welcomes improvement ideas and finds ways to implement them in the platform.
Cons:
There was a learning curve to get familiar with the platform. Although, the weekly syncs with the Hyperproof team helped mitigate this.
My Experiences
Pros:
user friendly I am able to communicate effectively with my team about the audit It provided order in handling Mutiple Audits as the same time.
Cons:
I don't like how I have to tag system or owners or auditor before on a ticket before they will receive a notification
Great tool with even better functionality on the way!
Comments: Overall, my experience has been good with Hyperproof. I think it is a great tool but can be better with some more feature upgrades.
Pros:
First off all, customer support is great with Hyperproof! We have always had excellent customer success managers on our account and whenever I need help they respond quickly to immediately! I appreciate this as with some vendors after you purchase the product there is no more customer support. Other Pros on Hyperproof: 1). All in one tool: I love that everything I need to manager the Compliance, Audit, and Risk functions effectively are in one tool! I can manager all the different controls for different compliance programs. I can manage all the different audits that I run. I am also able to manager all the company Risks in a risk register as well as have an Issues Management module to manage all the issues that come from all the different audits and risk assessments. 2) Easy to set up access: As an admin of Hyperproof for my company, it is easy to invite control owners to the tool and give them access to what they need to see to help audits go smoother. 3). Collaboration with External Auditors: Easy to invite external auditor to Hyperproof and collaborate and share evidence for specific audits and requests lists. 4). Hyperproof has over 100 templates of governance and compliance frameworks that can help you build controls from scratch. They are updated also when new updates come out.
Cons:
Cons: 1). I would love to see better dashboards or reporting in Hyperproof more specifically for the Issues and Risk modules. There is no real reporting as of now. I have to build my own outside of the tool. 2) I would love to see Hyperproof come out with a way to perform risk assessments in the tool. Currently, I perform my risk assessment outside of the tool and have to import my risks into Hyperproof. 3). I would love to see the UI from the user point of view be more simplified. Where it is easy for the user to see what they need to provide in a quick view as they log into the tool. They don't need to see any other module links or issues or proof requests not assigned to them. 4). Experience lagging on log on sometimes but nothing that prevents me from getting work done!

Comments: Good. Support is good to. Labels and Proofs of the integrations that they offer. Automation is the way to go and this is it.
Pros:
Labels and Proofs of the integrations that they offer. Automation is the way to go and this is it.
Cons:
- Lack of history Metrics in the Risk Module. It's real-time, and it would be nice to see a history of certain details. - Notification for any changes for the Admin in the Risk and Vendor Module - Show Owner's full name instead of initials. Companies of 500 employees make it difficult to know who the owner is just by looking at it

Streamlining GRC with Hyperproof - A Valuable Tool!
Comments: Hyperproof has been a valuable addition to our GRC processes, providing a centralized platform for managing compliance and risk. The filtering capabilities have made reporting and analysis more efficient, saving me time and effort. While there are some limitations, such as the absence of a built-in approval flow and restricted field editing, the benefits are still significant. With Hyperproof, my team can now focus on high-priority risk management activities as opposed to manual admin work, thus maintaining a strong compliance posture. I recommend Hyperproof to any GRC Leaders looking to streamline their operation.
Pros:
1. Intuitive data filtering options for reporting made my life as a GRC Leader incredibly easy 2. Robust features for managing compliance and risk 3. User-friendly interface for navigating complex data
Cons:

Hyperproof platform review
Pros:
We liked the ability of creating Hypersync and automating controls assessment. Hyperproof team provided us with all the necessary for smooth migration of hyperproof and they had comprehensive documentation to setup integrations.
Cons:
We suggested some features on vendor risk management module and some capabilities that could have made it better. We also look forward to machine learning capabilities.

A Compliance Operations platform that scales with ease
Comments: My overall experience with Hyperproof has been great. The product is very easy to use. The UI design is intuitive. Best of all is their customer support team, they really go out of their way for their customers.
Pros:
What I like most about Hyperproof is that we are able to add new security standards/frameworks to our ever expanding scope and utilize the Jumpstart feature to instantly map our existing proof to satisfy those new requirements. Adding additional standards/frameworks has never been easier.
Cons:
Where Hyperproof fell short in relation to its competitors is in the area of initial cloud integrations. Since the product prides itself on automating evidence collection, I expected more SaaS integrations for automation purposes. However, over the last year, I have seen vast improvements in this area.
A centralized system that can effectively track and manage compliance initiatives
Pros:
Automating the evidence collection process
Cons:
Hypersync option can be vast compared to existing hypersync,

Fantastic GCR application
Pros:
HyperProof is excellent at streamlining the work that needs to be done to satisfy NIST CSF requirements. I am able to monitor my company's NIST CSF score based on triggers in HyperProof that are directly related to proof, policies, and other supporting documents.
Cons:
The frequency of meetings during the implementation process was as a little more often than I would have liked but made for an easy transition into the live environment.
Great tool for GRC purposes!
Pros:
I love how easy it is to upload proof and attach it to labels. This will make evidence collection much better in the future!
Cons:
I think it can still improve how it syncs to and from Asana
For all your Compliance and Audit needs
Comments: Would recommend for any procedural work or evidence based audits.
Pros:
Ability to work with several teams and members in a coordinated effort for a shortened timeframe and still complete all requested document uploads.
Cons:
Auditors were limited more than we would have liked. Auditors did not have the ability to add new items or edit existing items which made new requests a challenge.
