Best User Experience
Comments: We came across Timus while researching to replace the firewall we use for our current VPN solution. We decided to give it a try because of its Zero Trust solution, centralized management and advanced security features. In terms of cost, it is quite successful.
Pros:
All in one platform. ZTNA, SWG and Firewall Features are working on a single dashboard.
Cons:
Automation features are pretty nice but can be improved. The thymus doesn't leave you much to do. His artificial intelligence is trying to solve everything, but he better trust our intelligence too. I am generally satisfied.

Timus, a great team to work with
Comments: Our team enjoyed working with a growing company as they want us to be successful too. They work hard to make sure we have the right tools in place for our clients.
Pros:
The Team is so easy to connect with and they provide a ton of resources.
Cons:
There were some small changes due to growing pains that we were able to work out.
Zero Trust Network Access is very important to us
Comments: We think our systems are more secure now, and we feel more secure as well. It is much easier to use than traditional firewall products and this saves us time. We think that the UTM or Firewall logic will be replaced by SASE and such products in the future, and we are actually investing in our future.
Pros:
Zero trust network access is now a very important feature for cyber security professionals, using ZTNA with a comprehensive perspective, and thus meeting the requirements of remote working with a single product with a single central management screen; We securely connect and manage employees, branches and headquarters.
Cons:
I think there are places where the user experience needs to be improved at the point of log reporting.
