Awesome Tool For Design

3.0 5 years ago

Comments: I used to use this software to design my final-year project. Now, I use it for my research. I design and simulate different types of engineering products using this software.

Pros:

You can easily drag and drop every component that you like. It is very easy and quick. Moreover, it is very easy to understand how to use the software. It has a lot of tips for that. The price is also very affordable. If you are an engineer or a student, you can easily do your design and analysis works using this software.

Cons:

It always gives a lot of errors including minor and major ones. You cannot easily find any solution by yourself. You need to get help from outside sources which is very limited. It would be great if some tips can be given to the user to solve some common problems.

Great tool for simulation, a virtual lab!

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: I use this app to model mechanical systems and it does a great job.

Pros:

It is very easy to write within this software. It combines graphical representation and mathematical models. Very easy to code with!

Cons:

The Maplesim still suffers from some bugs that hag not been fixed. For example when you want to get a numerical value, usually you need to add more code to get a final answer, otherwise you see the numbers multiplied, divided but there is no one final answer!

MapleSim - revolutionary modelling

5.0 6 years ago

Pros:

This software brings the numbers and equations into real time visualizations and models. I love the endless combinations and integrations of this software and how it can bring it all together for greater understanding and practice. The fearures of accessing already put equations, possible customizations and still bringing results for a great view is stunning.

Cons:

The software does require an quite advanced understanding of math and physics to use it efficiently. As well all the functions quite extensive, so more ibtuitive guide interfaces will help the first time users. Complexity is the least likeable for this software.
