Total spend analysis still a work in progress. There are a lot of features that I would like to have now but are not yet implemented.
Where has the simplicity gone?
Comments: The previous system was simple and intuitive - that has gone. It feels as though the complexity has increased resulting in a need for fee based consultancy time to train and explain.
Pros:
Knowing the quality of WTW data, I know that behind the functionality the information will be great.
Cons:
Overly complicated. Not intuitive at all. Time consuming to review the data even if you know what you are looking for.
