Highly practical electronic signature tool

Pros:

I like the fact that uploading and having the contract sent to all parties is literally the easiest thing ever. Just drag and drop, insert authentication mechanisms, names and emails and send - easy like that

Cons:

When something goes wrong I had to cancel the whole document and start over - some alternative solutions allow for the correction of such mistakes.

Very useful to manage signatures

Pros:

Clicksign was a platform that I saw evolving a lot from functionality to user experience. It fulfills its purpose very well, it is easy to use and send or receive documents for signature.

Cons:

My point of improvement would be regarding the use of subaccounts, I could have this option and with the customization of access to document folders that have already been signed. It would facilitate the work of companies with subsidiary companies

And even better, because we won't need to print different papers for manual signatures.For customers, they avoid displacement, paper printing, in addition to being practical and fast.

Cons:

I understand that the company needs capital for its survival and profit in the market, however I believe that they should provide more free resources.

Necessário no mundo digital

Comments: Utilizo para assinatura de contratos com os meus clientes, tem sido bastante favorável para otimizar o meu processo e trazer maior credibilidade junto aos clientes.

Pros:

É fácil de utilizar, permite uma grande praticidade no processo jurídico/administrativo e me trás maior credibilidade.

Cons:

A forma que o cliente recebe as informações. O layout/branding é ruim.

Muito fácil de utilizar, fazer download dos documentos, assinar digitalmente, e seguro.

Cons:

Sem o que reclamar, muito fácil de utilizar.

Erro ao Assinar - Prejuizo p/ empresa

Pros:

Fácil de assinar normalmente. As vezes não aparece a opção de assinar quando você está no celular, mas logo aparece.

Cons:

Os documentos não ficam vinculados no seu e-mail, causando dificuldade de localização dos contratos a serem assinados caso você tenha um volume de assinaturas. O que pra nós gerou prejuízo de R$1000, por 1 dia de atraso em um contrato urgente.
