Databases for new construction, remodeling, concrete & masonry, earthwork & heavy equipment, electrical, framing & finish carpentry, home improvement, painting, plumbing & HVAC, renovation and insurance repair, repair and remodeling, and heavy construction.
Includes complete estimating program that exports to Excel or QuickBooks Pro.

Love This Program
Comments: Great product. Never have had a problem with the program, and I purchase the new edition every year.
Pros:
Easy to make similar proposals, invoices, and change orders from previous saved documents you have made in the past. I have been using this product since 2009 and love it. Clients love the look of the proposals. Very professional.
Cons:
Even though you input your address, some of the pricing for materials can be higher and lower then what’s available today. Only a few of those ever happen, but after using the program for many years, you will know which products or labor to adjust.
Has helped tremendously with efficiency and value for my time.
Comments: Overall very nice and will continue to use on a daily basis
Pros:
Nice layout, can switch easily between screens, estimates are nicely organized, lets you save them in its own folder so as not to interfere with other work.
Cons:
pricing is not always accurate, descriptions can be vague, it is hard to find a format to copy and paste to, it only gives you the option to print and not just save the estimate.
